The control of settings for annotations like colors, line thickness, number of decimal places, snap distance from edges and between dimensions are all controlled under the Styles and Layers settings (also shortcut [L]) in the drawing.

Use the [U] key as the shortcut to Unlock the Dimension Text, moving it along the Dimension Line.

For the material setting of the model in the 3D scene, in case you do not have access to the IronCAD Mechanical add-on, you can also drop the blue Materials group folder from the Starter catalog - or simply type the material name in the Property Browser. Don't forget do control the density value, so that the weight is properly calculated.
