When the Anchor Point is selected it is shown with a yellow color and if you activate the TriBall it will move the Anchor Point in relation to the owning object (Assembly, Part, Feature). Sometimes it is very good to adjust the location of the Anchor Point to a corner of a part, before it is exported for example. This means that the "zero" of the object that is exported will be placed at the exact spot where the Anchor Point is located. When working in IRONCAD you usually don't spend much time thinking about it, as the TriBall is so easy to move when you want to change the location of the objects in relation to each other.
By some reason, you sometimes get the feeling that you want to release the TriBall (Spacebar) when moving the Anchor Point. But remember that it will not follow the TriBall, since only the TriBall moves when it is colored white. There are really no reason at all to release the TriBall when working with the Anchor Point.
