1. Open an ICD with annotation text that is misspelled.
2. Navigate to the annotation ribbon bar to find the tool or find it in the right click menu of the annotation.
3. If the tool is run without any selection, it scans the whole sheet for misspellings.
4. Otherwise, the tool will run on just the selected annotations
5. If the selected items have no applicable text, the tool will scan the whole sheet instead
6. When the UI Provider opens, the first misspelled word should be displayed along with options of correction
7. Clicking one of the suggested words will update the annotation with the new text.
8. **The corrected word will inherit the formatting of the first letter of the word
9. If there are multiple misspelled words in the same text, then you will see the annotation text update
10. When this annotation is done, the next annotation should highlight in the sheet
11. Checking the Replace All on Selection box will replace all instances of the current misspelled word with the choice you next select regardless of which annotation it is in.
12. **This function is case sensitive
13. The Ignore Once and Ignore All options act in a similar way ignoring the current word or ignoring all instances of the current word, regardless of annotation, respectively.
14. **These functions are case sensitive
15. If there is a duplicate word or a none-sense word with no suggestions, the suggested action should be Delete
16. Replace All, Ignore Once, and Ignore All work for Delete Word as well
17. The tool should close when there are no more misspelled words, the sheet changes, or ICD closes.
