Select Sketched Bend from the Sheet Metal Fluent Ribbon bar.
Click on a face of a sheet metal part.
Sketch or import bend line(s). NOTE: Bend lines cannot intersect and must be straight lines.
When finished with the bend lines, click Finish.
Select the area on the sheet metal face that will remain fixed. (the part will bend on the other side of the bend line).
Options:
Bend all lines: Leave this on to bend all lines or turn it off and select the lines to bend.
Flip bend direction: Flip which direction the bend will bend in.
Bend line type:
Center: Bend line is at the center of the bend
Smooth: Bend line is at the fixed side of the bend
Inside: Defined based on Sheet Metal Inbend
Outside: Defined based on Sheet Metal Outbend
Angle: The angle of the bend.
Use part's minimum bend radius: Create a bend radius based on the value set in the stock table for that part's default. (Turn off to enter a custom radius).
Bend Allowance:
K--factor of Part: Use the K-Factor based on the stock table.
Unfolded Length: Enter an unfolded length.
K-factor: Enter a custom K-factor.
Bend Deduction: Enter a Bend Deduction value.
Selected Bend Line Properties: Select each bend line and enter separate properties for each.
