Sheet metal design begins with a catalog of basic IntelliShapes that are utilized in the same manner in the scene environment as any other IntelliShape. After defining desired options properties, an initial part begins with one of the two base stocks, to which additional sheet metal IntelliShapes are added. The part and its component shapes can then be edited in a variety of ways, including menu options, properties sheets, and editing handles/buttons.
